In the year 1999, Action for Protection Of Wild Animals (APOWA) formed by a bunch of dedicated soul & a good number of dedicated volunteers working hard . For the past 10 years, it has been working sincerely and dedicated itself for the welfare of the animals and environmental conservation in the coastal Orissa. Our relationships with community, our members, volunteers, supporters- that have sustained APOWA and enabled us to lead the way towards a bright and great future. Days will come days will go, but our endeavor to protect the Environment, Animal Welfare will get stronger day in day out. After a decade of service, we have come a long way in helping community and animals make life better. The organization serves as a platform for the pursuance of a number of causes, including animal welfare, conservation of coastal and mable ngrove resources and disaster management programme. The ecosystems as a whole are a crucial component of our conservation strategy. We also work hard on saving endangered species found in various types of habitat and serving as protecting umbrella to other endangered species. APOWA looks forward to achieve its goal with active participation, cooperation, and support from all rounds. Make us convenient to proceed forward for these noble causes.
